Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy explains how My UK Staycations (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal information when you use this website or contact us about a holiday home.

Who we are

We operate this website to help people find static caravans and lodges listed by our park partners. We are based in Rye, East Sussex.

If you have a question about your personal information, please email sales@ukg.group or call +44 (0)1797 724100.

Park partners

Holiday homes shown on this website are owned and operated by our park partners. We do not own or operate those units.

When you submit an enquiry form, the information you provide goes straight to the relevant park. That park will then handle your details under its own privacy notice. See our Important information page for more about park partners.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, typically when you:

  • use our Get in touch or Arrange a viewing forms (name, email address, telephone number if provided, your message, and any holiday home you have asked about);
  • email or telephone us; or
  • browse this website (technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting and WordPress software may record to keep the site secure and working).

We do not ask you to create an account on this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange viewings;
  • send your enquiry straight to the relevant park partner;
  • run, protect and improve this website; and
  • meet our legal obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are usually legitimate interests (to deal with your enquiry and operate the site) and, where you contact us, steps taken at your request before a possible contract. If we ever send marketing emails, we will only do so with your consent or as otherwise allowed by law, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share information with

Enquiry form submissions are sent straight to the park partner that owns or operates the holiday home you have asked about.

We may also share relevant details with:

  • service providers who host this website or help us send and store emails; and
  • professional advisers or authorities where we are required to do so.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar storage that are needed for WordPress and forms to work. Your browser can block or delete cookies, but some features of the site may not work as expected if you do.

How long we keep information

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period in case of questions or complaints, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain uses. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
